Business Coaching and Advisory

Build the business and grow into your role as its leader

When customers, jobs, staff, and suppliers all need something, long-term improvements can wait for another week. Then another month passes, and the same issues keep showing up.

Our coaching and business advisory gives you regular space to think. You can bring the messy problem, the half-formed idea, or the decision you keep putting off. We will help you sort through it, connect it with the numbers, and turn it into a clear course of action.

DOES THIS SOUND FAMILIAR?

Get clear on what needs your attention

You may have plenty of work but too little profit. The team may rely on you for every call. Prices could need a proper review. Your systems may live in your head, and the plans you care about keep losing out to today’s urgent job.

We help you decide where your time will have the greatest effect. You gain an outside view, a confidential place to talk, and clear actions you can take back into the business.

Frequently Asked Questions

What can business coaching help me with?

Coaching can cover your finances, pricing, planning, leadership, team performance, values, systems, and capacity. We focus each session on the areas that matter most to your business and goals.

How does business coaching work?

Most clients meet with Leah for 90 minutes each month, with quarterly meetings also available. Each session includes focused discussion, prework and minutes, clear action points, and accountability for the work you agree to complete.

Will we use my financial information during coaching?

Your financial information gives us a clear view of how the business performs. We can use it to explore profit, cash flow, pricing, workload, and hiring decisions, then decide what needs your attention.

Do I need to use your bookkeeping or accounting services as well?

We will shape the support around your current setup. Bringing your financial services and coaching together gives us current information to work with, while some businesses may already have other arrangements in place.

What happens between coaching sessions?

You will work through the actions agreed during your meeting. At the next session, we review what has happened, address any barriers, and choose the next steps based on your progress.

Is business coaching suitable for my business?

Beyond Your Numbers works with established business owners who want clearer direction and practical support. We have strong experience with trades and construction businesses, along with professional services and businesses across other industries.
